Who we sell to
Joblots.co.uk sells individual items and small joblots to both consumers and business customers. The rights applying to your purchase depend on whether you buy as a consumer or wholly or mainly for business purposes.
Stock types and descriptions
Goods may be new surplus, clearance, open-box, customer returns, refurbished or offered for parts or repair. Please check the listing for condition, quantity, included accessories, known defects and whether testing has been performed. The product description and any specifically disclosed defects form part of the information provided before purchase. A general grade is not a substitute for an accurate listing.
Joblots and quantities
Small joblots are sold as the stated bundle or quantity. Where a manifest or inventory is supplied, read it alongside the listing and any disclosed variations. We will not substitute materially different goods without your agreement.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable VAT and delivery charges should be clear before payment. Orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.

Consumer purchases
Consumer purchases remain subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable distance-selling cancellation rights. Describing goods as clearance, returned, graded or untested does not remove those rights. Known faults that were specifically brought to your attention before purchase may affect what you can reasonably expect from the item.
Business purchases
Business buyers should review grading, testing information and bundle contents before ordering. Any additional trade-specific conditions must be agreed before purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
