Product Condition Guide

We sell a mixture of new surplus stock, clearance items and customer returns. Every listing should state the specific condition and known issues. Please read the product listing carefully before buying.

Brand New

Unused goods described as new. Packaging and accessories should be as specified in the listing.

New – Damaged Packaging

Unused goods with packaging damage, such as dents, tears or missing outer packaging. Any known damage to the product itself should be disclosed separately.

Open Box

Packaging has been opened. The listing should say whether the item has been checked, whether accessories are present and whether there are visible signs of use.

Customer Return – Tested

Previously returned goods that have undergone the checks described in the listing. Tested does not necessarily mean refurbished or restored to as-new condition. Any known faults or cosmetic wear should be described.

Customer Return – Untested

Previously returned goods that have not been functionally tested by us. Functionality is unknown, not necessarily faulty. We will disclose known damage, missing parts or other material information where identified.

For Parts / Repair

Goods with known faults or intended for repair, salvage or parts, as specified in the listing. This grade must not be used to conceal undisclosed defects or remove statutory consumer rights.

Buying a small joblot

A joblot may contain items in different conditions. Check the quantity, grading breakdown, photographs, manifest if provided and any specific exclusions. If a listing differs from this general guide, the specific disclosed information in that listing takes priority, subject to applicable law.
